Refund Policy

At Expertos GT, we strive to provide our clients with an exceptional experience through our services. However, we understand that situations may arise that require a resolution. Therefore, we have established a clear and transparent refund policy to address your needs.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  1. Service not delivered: If we have not been able to deliver the contracted service within the agreed timeframe, without a valid justification.
  2. Non-compliant service: If the delivered service does not meet the specifications or scope agreed upon in the contract.
  3. Service cancellation: If you decide to cancel a contracted service, subject to the established cancellation terms.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or for not having read or understood the service terms adequately.

Cancellation Terms

Consulting and Advisory Services: You may cancel a consulting or advisory service with at least 15 business days' notice. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total service value will apply.

Implementation and Development Services: To cancel an implementation or development service, you must notify us at least 30 business days in advance. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total service value will apply.

Refund Request Process
  1. Notification: Contact our customer service team via email at help@expertosgt.com or via the contact form on our website, explaining the reason for your refund request.
  2. Review: We will evaluate your request and the supporting documentation provided to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria.
  3. 3. Resolution: If your request is approved, we will issue the refund through the same payment method originally used. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

 If your request is denied, we will notify you of the reasons and offer alternatives, such as the possibility of receiving a credit for future services.

Timeframes and Limitations

You have 30 calendar days from the date of service delivery to request a refund.

Refunds are limited to the total amount paid for the service. We do not refund additional expenses, such as shipping costs or taxes.

We reserve the right to limit the number of refunds per customer, as well as to deny refund requests if we detect a pattern of abuse.

In the event of a service cancellation, we will apply the specific terms and conditions of that service to determine the refund amount.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure or events beyond our control, we may consider refund requests that do not meet the established criteria. We will evaluate each case individually and inform you of our decision.
