Individuals over 18 years of age with legal residence in any country where we operate can participate in our affiliate program. We do not accept affiliates who are minors, employees of Expertos GT, or government entities.
To join the program, you must complete the registration form on our platform and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion without justification.
We will pay commissions for each valid sale generated through your personalized affiliate links. Commission rates vary by affiliate level:
We will pay accumulated commissions once a month, provided the amount exceeds USD $50. If this threshold is not reached, the commissions will roll over to the next payment period.

If you do not maintain the minimum sales level for three consecutive periods, you will be automatically reassigned to the corresponding lower level. We reserve the right to modify level requirements at any time.
We will provide affiliates with a variety of marketing materials, such as banners, images, brochures, and promotional texts. You may use these resources to promote our services on your websites, social media, and communications.
However, you may not modify, alter, or distort the provided materials in any way. You must always use the most up-to-date information found on our website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program if you fail to meet these responsibilities.
We collect and process certain personal information from affiliates, such as name, email, and payment details, to administer the program. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not share or sell your information to third parties, except when necessary to process payments or comply with legal requirements. You can access, rectify, or delete your data by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
We reserve the right to modify this Affiliate Program Policy at any time, without prior notice. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
You may cancel your participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing. You will stop receiving commissions for future sales, but pending payments will be processed.
For our part, we may suspend or terminate your participation if you violate these terms, if we detect fraudulent activities, or if we decide to discontinue the program. We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expertos GT will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability for any claim related to the program will not exceed the total amount of commissions you have received in the last 12 months.
We will do our best to resolve any disputes or claims amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, we agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
The arbitration will be conducted in Guatemala, and the language of the proceedings will be Spanish. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
